What is the difference between ANC and ENC?

ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) blocks ambient noise from reaching YOUR ears, perfect for travel, offices, and noisy environments. ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) uses microphones to filter background noise from the OTHER side of your calls, so people you call hear you clearly even on a busy street.

How effective is the noise cancellation?

The VQ-BH32 reduces ambient noise by up to 35dB in ANC mode, enough to dampen airplane engines, office chatter, and traffic noise. Not quite at the level of premium Bose or Sony flagships, but excellent for the price point.

What is the battery life with ANC on?

With ANC active, expect 5 to 6 hours per charge. Turning ANC off extends playback to 7 to 8 hours. The charging case provides multiple additional charges for a total of around 24 hours of use.
